Ordering

To order, just click the 'Add to Basket' button next to the item you require and you will be directed to a secure ordering facility.

You will be able to add multiple items and change or delete your order as required. NB Collars, some Bracelets and many items of Nipple Jewellery are sold as single items so if you want a matching pair make sure you update your order to say you want two (2) items.

Don't forget to give us the correct postal address and contact email details when prompted.

Delivery

Please allow up to 4 weeks shipping time although we aim to deliver within a much faster timescale, typically within one or two working days to UK addresses!

The stated post and packaging costs are for the UK and EU countries only. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you are outside this region. North American customers will be referred to Eternity Collars and NippleCharms (see the Links page for contact details).

We are sorry but unless requested to despatch goods via special delivery options such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery we will use the normal postal services and as such all goods are sent at the buyers risk.

All goods will be sent in discreet packaging.

The products on this site are for use by consenting adults as novelties and fashion accessories. Himnhers Jewellery assumes no responsibility for unsafe, improper, or illegal use of these items.

Returns

Except for reasons of faulty workmanship we are unable to exchange purchases of personal jewellery for hygiene reasons.

Eternity collars and bracelets may be exchanged, at our sole discretion, for goods of equal or greater value (no cash refund will be made) provided that:

In general, provided the above conditions are met, we are very happy to exchange Eternity collars and bracelets for other sizes so don't worry if you are not sure about the sizes.

Please note that exchanges for faulty workmanship are limited to 6 months from purchase for Eternity Collars and 30 days for all other products.
